Should College Students Use Technology Into Their Life

Over the course of time, college students have been captivated by the constant updating of technology by either on their phones, tablets, or computers. College students no longer have to do things on their own because they have it right at the tip of their fingers--so long as their batteries are charged. College students have also become more dependent on these devices. Almost unknowingly, they have adjusted their lifestyles to fit the abilities of the devices rather use them than to accommodate their lifestyle. Have college students even stopped to look up anymore? College students ought to be mindful of how they allow technology into their life; although overall technology is not bad, excessive use can be. Aside from the increase in serious health risks, such as weight gain, blurry vision, and headaches; they also become socially withdrawn from people important to them. In order to avoid these issues, college students must be made aware of the dangers this dependency can cause as w ell as limiting themselves. Nearby colleges and the Police Departments around them can help support this change as well. Breaking this habit will improve their social skills, improve their health and change their ability to be more self-sufficient. The health problems that come with constantly being on a digital device can be minimal, but can also lead to severe issues.
